Oxbury Bank
Oxbury works with Forest Carbon to finance the planting of new woodlands in the UK. Scroll down to see more about our partnership and the impact achieved so far.
About our partnership
Oxbury Bank is the UK’s first specialist agricultural bank and the only bank solely focused on British farmers. It provides the tailored lending farmers need to run their businesses, alongside competitive savings accounts for individuals and businesses who want to support UK agriculture and its natural capital. Oxbury’s emissions strategy is to avoid emissions where possible, reduce them where feasible, and compensate for any remaining emissions through local nature-based solutions; in Oxbury’s case, across Great Britain.
Since 2019, they have partnered with Forest Carbon to support projects that create and protect UK woodlands, enhancing biodiversity and safeguarding natural habitats.
Projects supported so far include:
- Bowshiel Wood
- Doddington North
- Lanternside 2
- Lanternside Farm
- MKL Wood
- Rottal 3
